Well done to the 6 runners we had running at this week’s Thursday Time Trial (28th July 2016), good on you for getting out there again immediately after last weekend’s race.
An enthusiastic group of us at the Suva Marathon Club was there at the Suva Bowling Club to do a 5km run. Route was along the seawall same as always along the Suva seawall boardwalk!
In these winter evenings we again started in the evening light and once again ended in the dark…

Due to the winter nights drawing in, we are having an earlier start for those who can make it. If you are planning on 7km please aim for the 5.15pm start.

SMC 5k TT Bowling Club to Vuya Rd and return
